The first UP International English Camp program has been successfully held in Türkiye last year. 

Up English Camp was organized for the first time last year in Türkiye as a strong alternative to summer camps in the international education sector and was completed successfully and with high student satisfaction.
 
Geographically, Türkiye's advantage is that it has direct flights from many countries, and that it offers reasonable pricing at high quality standards compared to alternative countries and programs. In addition, Up English Camp ended with a high level of satisfaction for the students and therefore their parents, not only in terms of financial aspects, but also in terms of education and personal development, with its qualified, fully certified and international academic staff, practice-oriented education curriculum and day-long education approach.

As a result of the preliminary preparations made before the camp during the training process, an interactive training curriculum was developed. Before the camp, besides the written placement test, speaking tests were also conducted and the students were placed in appropriate classes. At the end of the camp, speaking tests were performed again and the progress of the students was evaluated by their teachers. In addition to general English education with 20 lessons per week, students who participated in speaking classes also had the opportunity to improve their speaking skills with the benefit of being in an international and multicultural environment during the daytime activity programs.

In the activity programs, workshops focused on improving the versatility of students were preferred. In the program where the theme of recycling is dominant, the students participated in the concepts of upcycle – downcycle with environmental awareness, correct consumption of water and recycling of plastic by using the advantage of being in nature. In addition to increasing the practical gains of the students with different workshops in the activity programs, relevant and attractive trainings that will strengthen the in-group dialogue took place throughout the program. While the students experienced technology with mini drone training and robotic coding training, they had fun with dance workshops and increased their energy and motivation. In addition to excursions such as aquapark, extreme park and space museum, city tours colored the program and made it more enjoyable.

Students from Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Poland, Georgia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Türkiye participated in the camp program. While the program included 20 language lessons per week, speaking clubs and an activity program focused on improving language skills, the activities were enriched by trips and workshops. At the end of the program, our agents and students from abroad returned to their countries, having a good time in Istanbul and leaving good memories in Türkiye.
